IT Technician (ERP)
Job summary

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing business, is seeking a hands-on IT Technician to support both factory and office IT systems. This is a varied and rewarding role covering everything from user support and hardware maintenance to systems admin and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for PCs, printers, scanners, and network equipment across production and office environments
Maintain user accounts, manage hardware, and troubleshoot technical issues
Support systems including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Active Directory
Contribute to IT projects, automation support, and cybersecurity compliance
What We're Looking For:
Experience in an IT Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting
ERP experience (Business Central desirable)
Previous exposure to manufacturing environments is a plus
