Job summary
A recruitment consultancy is seeking a Clinical Manager for a home-based role with travel across the Midlands. You will manage a small clinical caseload while training and supervising a team of up to five Case Managers. With a focus on service development, this role requires a recognised Nursing, Social Work or Therapy degree. Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE

Hours: Full time (35hrs / week)
Compass Associates is excited to be working with a well-established and expanding business, to recruit a Clinical Manager for the Midlands region.
This is a newly created role within an organisation that provides specialist case management services for adults and children who have backgrounds of traumatic and catastrophic brain and spinal injuries. Your working week will be split between holding a small clinical caseload and providing training, supervision and support to up to five Case Managers.
In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior management team, contribute to service development, be involved in the recruitment of new Case Managers and liaise regularly with legal referrers, families and carers.
This is a home-based role where you manage your own diary and visit clients in the Midlands. Occasional meetings may be required in Liverpool or London. Client locations are typically in Birmingham, Dudley, Walsall, Coventry, Tamworth, Wolverhampton, Redditch, Worcester, Nuneaton, Kidderminster and surrounding towns.
