Disabled Children Services - Social Worker (non case holding)

Pay rate in line with the All Wales Pledge - £38.43 Umbrella

We are seeking a social worker within the disabled children service to undertake eligibility assessments. This is a non case holding position. Experience of working with children with disabilities is essential. The role will require identifying the impact of the disability and developing, where appropriate, a care and support plan.

1. A relevant Social Work Qualification
2. Registration with Social Care Wales
3. Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
4. 3 Years of referencing
5. Driving license with access to a car
