BAM Construction is recruiting a Pre-Construction Coordinator to join their team in the Scotland Region, based out of our offices in Stepps, Glasgow. The role involves working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, you will be involved in all aspects of pre-construction.

Your mission

• Producing Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) submissions and supporting tender submissions for competitive and preferred bidders.
• Leading the marketing of BAM to potential clients through internal and external communications.
• Searching for new opportunities via online portals.
• Managing PQQ submissions, including reviewing requirements, researching, writing answers, and coordinating responses from team members.
• Supporting the Pre-Construction Team in developing tender submissions, including writing responses, preparing case studies, CVs, etc.
• Developing and maintaining a library of project case studies, client testimonials, and exemplar responses, along with creating graphics for future PQQs and tenders.
• Promoting the business internally and externally through social media and other communication channels.

• Effective communication skills, both internal and external.
• Understanding of social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Basic technical understanding of construction or related industry sectors.
