Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual within the Derby (and surrounding) area to join a well-established and highly regarded Main Contractor who has been delivering a lasting impact for clients.
- Current turnover of £75 million, with a strong order book ahead
- Specialising in Build/Refurbishment within the Industrial and Multiroom sector
- Project values between £5 - £30 million
- Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
- Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Reside within a commutable distance from Derby
- Construction-related degree
