A leading roofing and cladding subcontractor in Scotland is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing flat roofing projects and exceptional communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 and benefits including a car allowance. Candidates must be comfortable with regional travel across Scotland's Central Belt.

We're working with a well-established roofing and cladding subcontractor specialising in commercial roofing and cladding systems across Scotland's Central Belt. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they're now looking to appoint a capable and driven Site Manager to join their team.
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability are maintained throughout.
Location: Projects span across the Central Belt of Scotland, so candidates should be comfortable with regional travel.
