A leading UK healthcare organization is looking for a Management of Violence and Aggression Advisor to enhance patient care and staff safety. This role involves delivering training programs on managing aggression in a supportive environment. In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with senior instructors and the PTU Manager to plan, implement, and develop innovative approaches to managing aggression and violence. Your expertise will empower our teams to use least restrictive practices and provide compassionate care, even in challenging situations.
You’ll also play a vital part in supporting the Community Dental Service, offering guidance to clinicians on patient management and assisting with safe clinical holding when needed—helping ensure dental care is delivered safely in both hospital and primary care settings.

As a MAV Trainer, you’ll be at the heart of creating safer, more compassionate care environments. Your mission is to deliver impactful training programmes that blend theory with hands‑on practice, all aligned with our Restraint Reduction Programme.
Your focus will be on prevention first—teaching strategies that stop violence before it starts, mastering de‑escalation techniques, and ensuring any intervention is reasonable, proportionate, and risk‑assessed.
