The Children in Care Nurse advisor role involves providing high-quality, safe, and child-centered care. The Nurse advisor will support the Lead Nurse in service development, quality improvement, and policy implementation. The Nurse advisor will manage a caseload and ensure compliance with statutory health assessments, safeguarding practices and promoting the health and wellbeing of the children including identifying health needs and making appropriate referrals or providing packages of care to meet their identified needs.
