A leading engineering company based in Enfield is seeking a Production Engineer to enhance manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Production Engineering and familiarity with electromechanical assemblies. Responsibilities include optimizing production workflows, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a salary of up to £42,000 and includes benefits such as pension and training development.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering.
Experience with electromechanical assemblies (e.g. motors, sensors, PCBs).
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D).
Responsabilités
Develop, implement, and optimise production processes.
Support New Product Introduction activities.
Lead continuous improvement activities using Lean methodologies.
