Composite Inspector Formula 1 Experience Required
We are seeking an experienced Composite Inspector to support a high-profile Formula 1 project on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge carbon fibre components in a world-class motorsport environment.
The Role:
Inspection of carbon fibre and composite components to stringent F1 quality standards.
Using precision measurement tools (CMM, micrometers, verniers, gauges) to verify dimensional accuracy.
Working from detailed engineering drawings and quality specifications.
Identifying and reporting any defects, ensuring components meet exact tolerances before release.
Requirements:
Previous Formula 1 composite inspection experience is essential.
Strong understanding of composite manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
Skilled in the use of manual and automated inspection equipment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight build deadlines.
