Job description
Who We Are

At VML, we are a beacon of innovation and growth in an ever‑evolving world. Our heritage is built upon a century of combined expertise, where creativity meets technology, and diverse perspectives ignite inspiration. With the merger of VMLY&R and Wunderman Thompson, we have forged a new path as a growth partner that is part creative agency, part consultancy, and part technology powerhouse.

Our global family now encompasses over 30,000 employees across 150+ offices in 64 markets, each contributing to a culture that values connection, belonging, and the power of differences. Our expertise spans the entire customer journey, offering deep insights in communications, commerce, consultancy, CRM, CX, data, production, and technology. We deliver end‑to‑end solutions that result in revolutionary work.

The Opportunity

Are you a strategic, customer‑focused Product Manager ready to shape the future of innovative SaaS solutions?

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to take end‑to‑end ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring every feature and enhancement delivers value to our customers and aligns with business goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, design, and strategy, and who can translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions.

Within VML Enterprise Solutions, this role sits in a team focused on delivering next‑generation B2B software and AI‑driven platforms across the life sciences industry. With over two decades of experience, we help organisations harness the power of data, analytics, and automation to achieve digital transformation.

Our software ecosystem leverages GenAI and NLP to redefine how companies collect, manage, and act on data, empowering better decision‑making, customer experiences, and operational efficiency.

This is a pivotal role where you will take responsibility for the success of our products, ensuring that every release delivers measurable value and competitive differentiation.

Why Join Us
  • Impact: Lead the evolution of products that help businesses innovate, automate, and grow.
  • Innovation: Work with cutting‑edge AI and analytics technology in a fast‑paced, forward‑thinking environment.
  • Ownership: Steer the full product lifecycle, from vision to release, shaping products that delight customers.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with world‑class engineering, design, and account teams.
What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for the success of our products, ensuring every release delivers measurable value.

Product Strategy & Vision
  • Develop, own, and continually refine the product roadmap to align with customer needs and our innovation pipeline.
  • Integrate insights from customers, competitors, and internal teams to deliver creative, market‑leading solutions.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to leverage AI and NLP to create next‑generation features.
Execution & Delivery
  • Translate business needs into developer‑ready documentation and prioritised features, considering value, feasibility, and usability.
  • Work closely with engineering and QA teams to guide features from concept to release, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Run effective agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive an efficient workflow and remove blockers.
Stakeholder & Client Collaboration
  • Act as the voice of the customer, immersing yourself in their world to understand what matters most.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on roadmaps and feature launches to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Inspire and support our Account and Sales teams, enabling them to successfully implement new features with clients.
What we want from you
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast‑paced software or web application environment (ideally B2B SaaS, CRM, or data analytics).
  • A deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Background in SaaS Product Development.
  • An entrepreneurial and problem‑solving mindset, with a passion for using technology (especially AI/NLP) to create elegant business solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • The ability to immerse yourself in our customers’ world, understanding their industry, needs, and what matters most to them.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Azure or similar DevOps tooling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
If you know some of this, even better
  • Experience with data analysis or statistics.
  • Developer background or programming qualification.
  • A BA/BS degree with a major in information management, marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
What we can offer you

Alongside the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands around the world, we’ll also prioritise your career development and help you grow your skills. We’ll empower you to make a difference, allow you to be yourself, and respect who you are.

We offer a great benefits package including a discretionary bonus scheme, training opportunities, competitive pension, medical insurance, life assurance, social events, opportunities to buy and sell holidays, family‑friendly policies, discounts with hundreds of retailers and much more.

  • Connect Meaningfully
  • Inspire Creatively
  • Include Purposefully
  • Approach Positively
