Job summary
A growing FinTech startup is seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Engineer to enhance their global banking-as-a-service platform. This full-time, remote role requires over 4 years of experience with PHP, expertise in payment gateways, and a strong background in the FinTech domain. You will collaborate directly with the CTO, driving technical advances in a rapidly expanding team. Join us to design and improve payment solutions while implementing crucial architectural enhancements.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience with pure PHP.
- Strong expertise with payment gateways.
- Solid knowledge with CQRS, DDD, Hexagonal architecture.
- Practical experience with RabbitMQ.
- Proven experience in FinTech or Payments.
- B2+ spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Designing and improving payment gateway and transaction lifecycle.
- Integrating with multiple vendors.
- Conducting major refactoring and system improvement.
- Investigating performance bottlenecks.
- Enhancing observability and monitoring.
