Are you a recent graduate looking to further your career in Trading Analytics and want to join a high-impact global team operating at the heart of real-time FX trading?
You will be part of a small but critical group responsible for supporting live trading activity, optimising performance, and partnering closely with senior clients and software developers to keep 24/7 operations running smoothly. This role offers the chance to work directly with some of the sharpest analytical minds in foreign exchange and develop a broad, career-defining skill set.
- Develop analytical models
- Provide first-line, day-to-day support to global clients
- Build and strengthen long-term senior client relationships
- Work closely with developers to enhance automated monitoring & alerting tools
- Monitor and manage risk exposures in real time
- Liaise with brokers, trading operations and back office on trade breaks, margin and risk limits
- Optimise client quoting parameters to deliver best-in-class liquidity
- Suggest improvements to trading strategies and prototype new ideas
- Strong numerate degree (Maths, Physics, Engineering, Data, Statistics, etc.)
- Analytical, data-driven mindset & strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn financial markets and understand risk
- Highly motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable diving deep into complex problems
- Passion for automation and continuous improvement
- Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
- Experience with Java, Matlab, R or Python
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics
- Exposure to low-latency trading systems
