SALARY: Up to 28,000 per annum

HOURS: Mon - Fri 35 hours. Hybrid offered, 3 days in the office / 2 working from home.

Role profile:

  • Accurately input data on an internal, bespoke database.
  • Producing invoices, advice notes and other documentation.
  • Preparing paperwork and checking legal documentation.
  • Inputting information onto the database and filing electronically.
  • Liaise with clients via telephone and email and monitor the teams email inbox.
  • General Admin duties as and when required.

Person profile:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good English and numeracy skills
  • Great with IT packages and working across different IT systems
  • Accuracy and an eye for detail with good keyboard skills
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative with good organisation skills

Essential criteria:
