A leading firm in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their established team. The candidate will manage a wide range of residential property matters, including sales and purchases, and leasehold transactions. Residential Conveyancing Lawyer - Cardiff
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a very well established and highly regarded multi office practice in their Cardiff office.
The busy team are seeking an additional residential property lawyer to join them to handle a busy caseload on a full range of residential property matters to include, sales and purchases, leasehold, re-mortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.
To be considered you will be either a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer able to demonstrate previous experience of independently managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
