A leading independent property consultancy in London seeks a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of a mix of developer-led schemes and fitout projects. The ideal candidate has a background in consultancy, strong stakeholder management skills, and is chartered or working towards chartership. Salary: £60,000 per annum
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing, independent property consultancy working with both major developer/investor clients and high-profile fitout projects. The team is small, collaborative, and made up mostly of ex-large consultancy professionals who value independence and hands-on project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of your own projects across a mix of developer-led schemes and fitout work.
Deliver projects to the highest standards, ensuring consistency across the business.
Work directly with senior management, who remain hands-on and involved in project delivery.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.
Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Key Experience & Skills:
Chartered or working towards chartership; APC support provided.
Background in consultancy, ideally with commercial property experience.
Proven ability to take projects from concept to delivery independently.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
