• Proven experience in procurement and commercial management

• Lead the procurement and logistics division, ensuring the efficient supply of goods to a remote location
• Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiate improved terms, and identify new opportunities
• Oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and third-party freight services
• Manage and develop a small team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Own the division's budget, management accounts, and reporting, supporting business planning and growth
