A healthcare services organization in Cardiff is seeking a Procurement professional to manage the procurement workplan for the National Sourcing Energy team. The ideal candidate will have a CIPS Level 5 qualification and proven experience in delivering complex procurement projects. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills are essential. This role allows flexible working arrangements, including home-based options.

The role involves managing the procurement workplan for National Sourcing Energy team, the role will be required to work with other members in the team and stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective delivery of the category strategy in line with organisational and policy goals.
The team is currently based in Companies House in Cardiff with an element of home/agile working as part of the role. However, candidates who wish to be based at Matrix House (Swansea), or Alder House (Denbighshire) will be considered.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
