A community healthcare provider in Gravesend seeks a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join the Gravesend Alliance Team. This is a full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) within a team that provides care 7 days a week between 08:00 – 20:00, ensuring flexibility and balance across shifts.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
