- NVQ Level 2 (min) Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.
- F Gas 2079/2089 qualified.
- Proven commercial experience in Building Services/FM.
- 17th Edition is highly desired.
- Competitive salary upto 42k pa.
- Van + Fuel Card.
- 33 days Holiday (inc. bank holidays).
