- Provide classroom support to teachers and students
- Support with behaviour management and emotional regulation
- Assist in planning and delivering small group interventions
- Help create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Plan and deliver exciting, accessible PE lessons for students with SEMH needs
- Promote teamwork, confidence, and resilience through sport
- Encourage physical fitness and wellbeing
- Previous experience working with SEMH students
- Strong behaviour management strategies
- A commitment to student welfare and safeguarding
- (For PE Teacher) QTS or relevant sports coaching qualifications
- Ability to deliver creative, differentiated lessons
- Experience working in alternative education settings
- Knowledge of sports therapy or physical wellbeing strategies
- Experience organising sports days or extra-curricular activities
- Mental Health First Aid qualification
