A healthcare provider in Oldham is looking for a Night Worker to join a new team focused on mental health crisis support. The role involves triaging requests, providing safety planning, and assisting service users in the community. Exciting oppurtunity to become part of a newly established team for Pennine Care responding to teams whom have a mental health concern for a service user in the community. The team will triage requests for crisis support and provide safety planning and onward referral for service users referred to the team. Please note this vacancy is a night worker post.
