Overview
Legal DP Specialist - US Law Firm - 9-5 - 5 days pw (1 wfh) including Sat & Sun Exceptional Salary Package and benefits!
This elite US law firm is seeking an experienced Document Operator with a high level of efficiency and technical acumen. The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail and be a proactive team player, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Expertly revise, format, compare and cross-reference documents
Convert documents from various formats to Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Generate Tables of Contents and create and run mailmerges
Execute and reformat documents
Modify, compile, and redact PDFs; create forms, e-closing binders and bookmarks in Adobe Acrobat
Create, revise, and reformat PowerPoint presentations
Create and modify organisational charts, flowcharts
Knowledge of Excel, including reformatting, setting up for printing, and basic formulas and charts
Provide technical support to clients, including software troubleshooting
