A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a committed public health nurse to work with Children Looked After and Care Leavers in Knowsley. This role involves managing a caseload of 0-25 year-olds, promoting their health and well-being, and providing comprehensive health assessments. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills while working collaboratively with health and social care teams. This position offers opportunities for training and development in a supportive environment.
