- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with queries relating to mortgages, loans, and related financial products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Educate customers on our products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role
- Background in financial services and lending products is desirable
- CeMAP qualification (or currently working towards it) is preferred
- Experience in a call centre environment is advantageous but not essential
