Financial Planning Administrator

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Financial Planning Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to work in collaboration with a successful team of Financial Planners?

This team of dynamic people are committed to understanding their clients' stories and giving them clarity and comfort about their financial future. Your role as a Financial Planning Administrator will be a crucial part of delivering on this commitment.

Key Duties:

• Providing proactive administrative support to financial advisers
• Managing diaries and arranging client meetings
• Client contact via telephone and email, providing updates and reassurances as needed
• Preparing meeting packs for both new and existing clients
• Processing new business
• Keying illustrations, projections, and valuations
• Raising invoices
• Ad hoc other tasks, working in collaboration with paraplanners and advisers in your team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a financial planning administrator role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confidence navigating a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Office and provider platforms
