Job summary
A leading medical supplies company is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join their team at Queen Elizabeth hospital. The ideal candidate must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services and an MCA qualification, along with experience in customer service. Duties include dispensing medication, managing stock orders, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. This is a casual position covering holiday and sick leave, ensuring flexibility in working patterns.
Qualifications
- Must have NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or accredited equivalent.
- Must hold a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment is essential.
Responsibilities
- Dispense medication on outpatient prescriptions.
- Manage stock ordering and deliveries.
- Participate in branch processes and customer interactions.
