We are a friendly, well-established GP practice in SouthNorwood seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our team.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the overallmanagement and day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring services runsmoothly, safely, and in line with NHS and regulatory requirements. Workingclosely with the GPs and the clinical team will play a vital role inmaintaining high standards of care, supporting staff, and driving serviceimprovement.
You will be joining a close-knit, supportive practice serving a patient population of under 6,000, where teamwork, mutual respect and patient-centred care are at the heart of everything we do.
Our multidisciplinary team is made up of 4 GPs, 2 Practice Nurses, a Healthcare Assistant, and a wider clinical support network including a Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Social Prescribing Link Worker and First Contact Physiotherapy Practitioner, all backed by a dedicated and experienced administrative team.
