Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a CNC Field Service Engineer to join a global, market-leading engineering business. You will be responsible for working on a wide range of CNC equipment, providing timely and efficient machine repairs, installations, and upgrades for customers.

1. Repair and installation of new machines
2. Carry out emergency breakdown tasks on a range of CNC Machines
3. Relocation of existing equipment
4. Customer training
5. Preventative maintenance
6. Ordering parts necessary to perform installations and repairs
7. Troubleshooting problems
8. Proactively recommend the necessary service and maintenance programmes

• HNC or equivalent in Engineering
• Ability to diagnose faults and make recommendations in customer environments
• Effective communication skills with customers
• Full UK driver’s license
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
