Role Info:
  1. Position: Field Sales Business Development Manager
  2. Location: Remote / Field / Travel to our Southeast Surrey Office for occasional training or meetings
  3. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Base, OTE c£50,000 - £60,000

The Sales BDM Opportunity:

We seek experienced and ambitious field sales professionals ready to bring their expertise, drive, and passion for success to a new challenge.

This role is primarily based at home and in the field with clients; how much time you spend in each setting depends on you. KPIs will be in place to guide meetings, but ultimately, you will manage your own schedule.

Your Remit:
  1. Using a professional, energetic, and structured sales approach to secure new business leads
  2. Identifying and gathering data on SMEs that would benefit from our digital solutions
  3. Arranging and attending client meetings with the primary goal of closing sales weekly
  4. Exhibiting confidence, motivation, and a strong work ethic to consistently achieve results
About You:
  1. Proven track record in field or telesales, with success in sourcing and closing new business
  2. Strong knowledge of direct sales, ideally within a similar sector
  3. Enthusiastic, driven, and goal-oriented
  4. Full UK driving license
