Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, innovative Regional Marketing Specialist to join our UK team. This role suits someone thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, passionate about marketing success. You will develop and execute omnichannel campaigns to engage our target audience and support sales, aligning efforts with business goals and staying ahead of market trends. Collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams will be key to building strong relationships and ensuring strategic campaign success.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in European markets.
  • Develop a regional annual marketing plan with quarterly goals translating strategic objectives into tactical campaigns for different funnel stages.
  • Design and execute omnichannel campaigns, creating compelling copy and collaborating with specialists to ensure consistency and innovation.
  • Create project proposals, campaign briefs, and evaluation reports to guide execution and support ROI analysis.
  • Work with sales and teams to implement an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program tailored to prospective clients.
  • Build strong relationships with sales teams, incorporate their feedback, and align campaigns with sales processes.
  • Segment audiences using database insights to target key personas effectively.
  • Manage direct mail campaigns for local holidays and maintain the regional event calendar.
  • Support and measure success at trade shows, conferences, and smaller events.
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Specialist or similar role in B2B marketing, with expertise in demand generation and marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools, with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with a commitment to excellence.
  • A proactive, independent attitude capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Curiosity about new markets and persistence in solving challenges and refining strategies.
