Marketing & Business Development Manager – Bromley – Perm - £40-45K

A growing professional services organisation in Bromley is looking for a proactive Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive growth, elevate brand visibility and lead strategic marketing initiatives.

If you’re a hands-on marketer with strong commercial instincts, this role gives you real ownership and impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and deliver the company marketing strategy.
  • Manage digital channels, content, social, SEO and agency partners.
  • Drive business development : new opportunities, partnerships, client relationships.
  • Track KPIs, analyse performance and optimise campaigns.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape growth plans.
What We’re Looking For
  • Solid experience in Marketing and Business Development (legal or regulated sector experience ideal).
  • Proven success driving growth, campaigns and brand engagement.
  • Confident with digital tools, CRM systems and analytics.
