The role involves establishing a global supplier model, driving cost-reduction initiatives, and managing procurement systems. Successful candidates will be able to cultivate strong supplier relationships while promoting sustainable practices. Aufgaben
- Design and execute the sourcing and procurement strategy.
- Establish an efficient global supplier model.
- Manage procurement systems and champion sustainable processes.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
Design and execute the entire sourcing and procurement strategy from the ground up, aligning it with ambitious business growth targets.
Establish and scale a new, efficient Direct-from-Factory global supplier model, optimising the supply chain for speed and resilience.
Drive significant cost-reduction initiatives without compromising the superior quality or continuous availability of products.
Select, implement, and manage best-in‑class procurement systems to create a scalable, modern function.
Champion and embed sustainable and ethical procurement processes into every layer of the supply chain.
Cultivate deep, high‑value relationships with both internal stakeholders and critical global suppliers to drive performance improvement.
