The Role:

As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will manage a varied caseload of property transactions and deliver top-tier service to clients.

Responsibilities Include:

• Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents.
• Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: A qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 4 years of PQE in residential property law.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of property law and significant experience handling a broad range of residential property transactions.
• Client Focus: Excellent communication skills with a client-centric approach, capable of making complex legal concepts accessible.
