A long-established and well-regarded firm in East Sussex is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing conveyancing department.
The Role
You will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Lease extensions, shared ownership, and new builds
- Help-to-buy and other scheme-based transactions
- Managing files from instruction through to post-completion
