Description

The Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will be responsible for:

• Advising on non‑contentious corporate and commercial matters, including share sales, restructures, and financing
• Managing a varied caseload independently from day one
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through responsiveness and commercial insight
• Collaborating within a supportive, partner‑led environment to deliver exemplary legal service
• Contributing to continued firm growth and client satisfaction

Profile

The ideal candidate should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 2-6 years of post‑qualification experience
• Skilled in corporate restructuring, M&A, financing arrangements, or related fields
• Experienced in non‑contentious commercial contract work
• Commercially minded, responsive, and adept at client management
• Driven by excellence, taking pride in providing technically strong, pragmatic advice

Job Offer
