Qualifications

• Previous hands-on legal sector experience, preferably in a Probate or Private Client environment.
• Candidates without direct experience must demonstrate a sincere interest in building a career in Probate law.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of wills, powers of attorney and estate administrations.
• Preparing and progressing probate and associated legal documentation.
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Supporting the wider Probate team.
