• Lead a small team in one of our in-store departments
• Be a role model for delivering a world-class customer experience and train your team to do the same
• Create an engaging working environment for colleagues
• Provide on-the-spot feedback and celebrate success
• Support in delivering meticulous store presentation, implementing visual merchandising standards aligned with the Sports Direct Brand

Sales and Operations

• You will be fundamental in achieving results and exceeding set goals, driving store performance to its maximum potential.
• Lead the team to ensure efficiency in following best practices to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.

Your Profile:

• Recent supervisory experience
• Passion for retail and people
• Confident leader capable of motivating and challenging others
• Detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• A desire and hunger to excel
• Ability to promote the Sports Direct values and culture internally and externally
