Qualifications
- Strong commercial approach to LNG trading under MSPAs and long-term LNG SPAs.

Responsibilities
- Negotiate and execute business related sale and purchase documentation.
- Provide commercially focused legal support to the LNG team.
- Advise on contentious LNG matters.
- Review confidentiality agreements and pre-contractual documentation.
