A leading data and technology company is seeking a UX Content Designer to create clear and user-centric content. You'll work within a dynamic team, designing materials across various platforms and ensuring accessibility. Ideal candidates will have a background in UX content design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in relevant tools. We're on the lookout for a UX Content Designer, reporting into our small but high impact Customer Experience team at Experian Data Quality (EDQ). You will be part of a central product team, crafting clear, consistent, and user‑centred content across our key markets: the UK & Ireland, North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
From intuitive product UI to helpful documentation, onboarding journeys, and in‑product messaging, you will design content that makes complex things simple and experiences seamless.
