We’re looking for a talented Web/UI Designer to join our team.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Web & UI Design role or a Web/Digital Design qualification to degree level.
• This role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in our Glasgow office; candidates should live within a commutable distance.

Role Overview:

You will work within a small team to enhance user experiences across websites, apps, and emails, reaching a large national audience. The role involves:

• UI & Web design: improving existing sites and apps, exploring new functionalities, designing landing and campaign pages.
• Email design: creating engaging emails for customers and businesses.
• Visual design: collaborating with Product & UI designers, contributing high-quality visual materials for product launches.

Skills & Experience:

• Confidence in Web/UI design, problem-solving skills.
• Professional experience in web or UI design.
• Interest in consumer-facing design and ability to elevate design quality.
• Organizational skills to manage projects independently.
• Ability to communicate openly about your work, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with development teams.
• Proficiency with Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with similar tools is a plus.
• Understanding of modern web development possibilities is advantageous, though coding skills are not required.

Salary & Benefits:

• £30,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
