Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an Adult Social Care Debt Recovery Lawyer for a remote role. The successful candidate will support a local authority in debt recovery matters, including Deprivation of assets and trusts. This is a full-time position offering £45-55/hr. Initial office attendance is required on the first day.
Qualifications
- Experience working in Adult Social Care Debt Recovery.
- Knowledge of Deprivation of assets and Co-funding.
- Familiarity with trusts.
Responsibilities
- Handle Adult Social Care Debt Recovery matters.
- Manage Deprivation of assets cases.
- Assist with Co-funding issues.

Skills

About the Role
Sellick Partnership is looking for an Adult Social Care Debt Recovery Lawyer to join a competent local authority on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly respected team.
