My client is seeking a talented Senior Data Engineer (Support) to join their growing team. You will work closely with clients to provide top-notch support after deployment, ensuring their data platforms operate smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will contribute to improving team workflows and identifying smarter ways to work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking full ownership of client support post-deployment — maintaining system performance and client satisfaction.
• Leading technical investigations to resolve complex data issues efficiently.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of excellent service.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and develop reusable solutions.
• Assisting in enhancing support frameworks and team operations.

What You’ll Need

Technical Skills :

• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Platforms — including Data Lake, SQL Database / Warehouse, and Synapse.
