Job summary
A property management company in Cambridge seeks a professional to conduct property visits and complete independent condition reports. The role offers flexibility with negotiable hours and the ability to fit around other commitments. Reliability and attention to detail are essential, and while lettings experience is preferred, full training will be provided.

- Lettings industry experience ideal but not essential; full training provided.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property visits to complete independent condition reports and inventories.
- Complete reports on behalf of local letting agents using our in-house app.
- Collect keys from agents and attend empty residential properties to complete reports.
No Letting Go conducts property visits to complete independent condition reports and inventories prior to and at the end of residential tenancies.
