A boutique global search firm is seeking an Executive Search Associate to support their Financial Technology practice. This fully remote role involves candidate identification, outreach, and interview management for senior Tech & Digital positions in Financial Services. Ideal candidates should have at least three years of experience in an executive search environment and strong communication skills.
My client, a boutique global search firm, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their Financial Technology practice as an Associate.
This is a fully remote role supporting a Partner and a Consultant that originate work and need an Associate to support them with candidate identification, outreach, interview and presentation.
Working within a candidate centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to the execution of senior Tech & Digital leadership positions across Financial Services.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with established Financial Services organisations as well as start-up FinTech firms with a worldwide reach. You’ll play an integral part in the delivery of Board & C-level roles.
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter with at least three years of experience working in a retained environment.
