A leading fintech firm in London is seeking a Sales Development Associate to support the Senior Sales team in closing deals. This role involves preparing meeting materials, maintaining CRM data in HubSpot, and assisting with proposals. As a Sales Development Associate you’ll play a key role in driving Titanbay’s growth by enabling our Senior Sales team to stay laser-focused on closing live deals. Working closely with our Managing Director and Head of GP Solutions, you’ll be on the front lines, joining client calls, helping craft proposals, coordinating demos and ensuring our CRM and sales engine run like clockwork.
This role offers excellent exposure to the full sales cycle, cutting-edge fund infrastructure and sophisticated clients. While this is not a quota-carrying sales role, you’ll develop the core skills needed to step into one over time, with access to mentorship, support and client exposure.
