- Centralise application-level login and permissions enforcement.
- Configure external SIEM solutions to monitor infrastructure.
- Conduct security review of public-facing APIs.

This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be based in one of our talent hub countries (UK, Spain, Kenya and Ghana) or in one of our operating markets in Africa (e.g. Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Mali, ...). Remote team members are expected to travel to operational markets at least once a year. The salary (up to $152,100 USD) is competitive and includes a generous equity package. The role offers subsidised health insurance for you and your dependents, retirement contributions, 6 months fully paid parental leave, flexible vacation (21‑30 days), $10 000 annual charitable donation matching, and a yearly $1 200 stipend to support coworking meetups.

- Strong experience with Python
- Fluent English
- Excitement about balancing security and velocity, and a willingness to tackle hard problems
- Experience remediating non‑conformities and mentoring teams
- Interest in security‑focused source code review and penetration testing
