A well-established life sciences recruitment firm is seeking a Principal Consultant / Team Lead for their new AI, ML, and Data division. This key role includes complete ownership of the recruitment function, developing a go-to-market strategy, and scaling a high-performing team across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within technology and an entrepreneurial mindset. A competitive salary up to £70,000 base plus commission is offered.
