I’m working with a fast-growing performance marketing agency looking for a Creative Strategist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp creative eye who knows how to turn insights into scroll-stopping, high-performing ad campaigns.
You’ll collaborate with a talented team across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.), helping scale brands through standout creative and smart, data-led strategies.
- 1+ year in a similar role (agency or brand side)
- Strong understanding of paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience writing creative briefs and UGC scripts
- Confident using performance data to guide creative direction
- Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for design
- Proactive, ideas-driven, and collaborative
- £35,000 – £50,000 base (DOE)
- £10,000 – £20,000 commission (performance-based)
- Fully remote role
