What You'll Do at Pega:
  1. Proactively lead joint company-strategic account planning to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for 1, 1.5, and 3-year periods.
  2. Represent the full range of company products and services to assigned customers, leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  3. Establish productive, professional relationships with key executives in assigned accounts.
  4. Coordinate involvement of all cross-functional resources to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
Who You Are:

You can command attention and influence your customer’s thinking to gain credibility and build strong relationships based on adding value. You create constructive disruption, helping customers understand the urgency and impact of new behaviors, and guide them through change. You lead transformation in the account through innovative thinking and initiatives that meet customer needs and company goals, ensuring relevance and competitiveness in the digital market.

What You've Accomplished:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-12+ years of industry-related sales experience.
  • Deep knowledge of and proficiency in relationship selling of complex software solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Challenger Sales approach.
  • Experience selling software solutions, ideally within Banking.
  • Excellent listening skills to understand spoken and unspoken needs and intentions.
  • Strong negotiation skills to explore alternatives and reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ability to persuade and influence using appropriate interpersonal and communication styles.
  • Recognition by Gartner as a leader in our product categories.
